Sweets From Japan....

I went to Japan about five years ago now. Loved being there and will miss it always. But during my trips there, I found three sweets that I wish we had here in the US. Mochi I know we can get here, but it's not always good. Strawberry short cake you can get too, but not as light and not so sweet as there. And Sakura Kitkats... well, I've only found there during the Sakura Masuri time. Well, enjoy!!
